Requires technical personnel perform the following steps:

I.Kiem investigate the entire system:

1. Check the hardware

    a. Digital Video Recorder (DVR)

- Check hygiene recorder (DVR)

  - Check hardware

  - Supply of spare parts (if required by the A and components available in the market)

    b. CCTV:

  - Check the toilet in case dimmed by dust or other environmental impacts

  - Check hardware

  - Supply of spare parts (if required by the A and components available in the market)
  - After the test is complete hardware, without hiccups or anything, ask for verification.

If there are any broken equipment, comply with the warranty.

2. Test Software

  - Check the data stored on the hard drive

  - Guide for a backup client data when needed

II. Maintenance - Maintenance:

1. On the hardware birth

a. How clean outside and inside of the cover, dirt boxes in high humidity conditions cause short circuit, broken equipment, check the jack connection between the recording head to the camera

b. Inspection and cleaning of equipment cooling fan power, CPU fan to ensure the equipment is important to work in the best conditions.

c. Installation of the equipment back together, close the cover (for DVRs).

2. Troubleshooting - Software Updates

- Install the basic parameters

 - Install the application program if requested by the A

 - Set up and configure the system via internet observations

3. Backup data

  - Guiding customers perform data backup backup hard drive current or other backup device.

4. Check the last

  - Technical staff after performing all of the above, perform the final check before handing over to the customer.

  - After completing the maintenance, periodic maintenance, software must be running smoothly, no errors. Efficiency of the system is high.

5. To confirm the minutes of the work done

  - All the work that has been done technician at the customer must be recorded in the minutes of the work done. Customers will inspect, evaluate, test, and certify that the records.

  - The record confirms that the work will evaluate the finished work of technicians and will add the necessary data to each customer record.
